With the following templates, you’ll learn how to connect KlickTipp with Google Calendar to synchronize events and attendees or create new events directly from KlickTipp. You’ll also learn how to test and activate your integration to ensure smooth automation.

n8n: Synchronize Events and Participants between KlickTipp and Google Calendar

Use this template: Synchronize events and participants and follow these test steps:

  • Create a test event in Google Calendar and add participants.
  • Run the integration scenario in n8n or Make.
  • In KlickTipp, check if the contacts receive the appropriate tags based on their RSVP status (created/updated, confirmed, tentative, declined, canceled).

Switch your automation live by going to your integration scenario in n8n and setting it to → Active.

Make: Automated Creation of Google Calendar Events via KlickTipp

  • Test the integration:
    • Create a test event in Google Calendar and add some participants.
    • Go back to the scenario in Make and click on "Run once". Check that the event data is displayed correctly and the expected tags are applied in KlickTipp.
    • Change the participation statuses to test the different paths and make sure that the appropriate tags (Confirmed, Tentative, Declined, Canceled) are applied.
  • Activate automation:
    • If the test is successful, activate the automation to go live.

    • Open Google Calendar and create a test event with two guests.
    • Run your scenario in Make.
