Insert Countdowns in Emails for Limited-Time Offers

Learn how to insert countdowns in emails! Set time limits to drive urgency and boost engagement in your email marketing campaigns.

Good to Know

  • The countdown in an email lasts for two minutes. After that, a button labeled → Click here now  appears. The countdown continues correctly, and the current value shows when the email is reopened.
  • Please note that a countdown in a preview email always displays the default value of two minutes. The value actually set in the email is therefore ignored.
  • You can set a countdown for up to 30 days in the future.

In this example, the countdown runs for two minutes as soon as the recipient has opened the email. After the two minutes, a button appears with the words → Click here now

Below we will show you how you can insert a countdown into emails in KlickTipp.
