Manage Kajabi Members Automatically with KlickTipp

In this guide, you’ll learn how to connect Kajabi’s activation and deactivation webhooks to KlickTipp to automatically create or remove members. We’ll show you step by step where to find the required URLs in Kajabi and how to set up the corresponding activation and deactivation webhooks in KlickTipp.
Copy Webhook URLs for Memberships in Kajabi
- Log in to your Kajabi account
- Click on the → Sales tab.
- Then click on the → Offers tab.
- Click on the → Edit button next to the offer you want to link to KlickTipp
- Click on the → Webhook URLs tab at the top right.
- Here you will now see the → Activation URL and the → Deactivation URL. You need these URLs to create a member or deactivate their membership.
Integrate Webhooks from Kajabi into KlickTipp
The webhooks for the activation and deactivation tag are created separately in KlickTipp with one webhook each. The webhook for activation contains the corresponding activation URL in addition to the activation tag. The deactivation URL is stored in the webhook for deactivation.
- Switch to your KlickTipp account
- In the menu, select → Automation → Webhook → New webhook.
- Name your webhook.
- Enter a tag for the webhook for activation under → Activation tag. As soon as a contact receives this tag, a new member is automatically created in Kajabi with the data from KlickTipp.
- Finally, copy the → Activation URL from Kajabi into the → Activation URL field in KlickTipp and click on the → Create webhook button.
- If you want to deactivate the membership, for example if a customer has canceled, create a corresponding webhook for deactivation.
- Simply enter a corresponding deactivation tag in the tag field.
- Copy the → Deactivation URL from Kajabi into the URL field in KlickTipp and click on the → Create webhook button.
