Create a New Survey in ProvenExpert
- Log in to your ProvenExpert account.
- Create a new survey and give it a meaningful name.
- This survey will be the foundation for collecting feedback later.
When you create a survey, KlickTipp automatically generates:
- A placeholder for the personalized survey link
- SmartTags for → Survey Entered, → Survey Rated, and → Survey Rated with 4 or 5 Stars
- A placeholder for the star rating, which you can use to confirm or follow up on feedback
Send Survey Links via KlickTipp Placeholder
With the placeholder in your emails, you can easily send the survey link to your contacts—for example after a webinar or a product purchase. Once a review has been submitted, you can even show the average rating on your website using ProvenExpert’s built-in features.
Use the Results of Your ProvenExpert Reviews
Each review is linked to the correct contact using the survey ID contained in the link. This allows the SmartTags → Survey Entered, → Survey Rated, and → Survey Rated with 4 or 5 Stars to be assigned automatically. This makes it easy to follow up on missing reviews or thank customers personally for high ratings by using the rating placeholder in your emails.
How Can You Test Your ProvenExpert Integration?

For testing, log out of your ProvenExpert account or use an incognito window. This ensures that the survey works as intended without automatically filling in your own email address. ProvenExpert prevents account owners from taking their own surveys, so this behavior is completely normal.
