Upgrade or Downgrade Your KlickTipp Package Easily

Managing your KlickTipp subscription has never been easier. Whether you want to upgrade for more features or downgrade to fit your needs, we’ve got you covered.

Step-by-Step Instructions

  • In the menu, go to → My AccountUpgrade
  • Select the package that best suits you needs.

You Should Know

Please be sure to use the email address of your user account for the upgrade or downgrade. Otherwise, a new KlickTipp account will be created. You can find this in the menu → My Account Settings User Account.

Important Information

  • Payments already made will be credited toward the payment of the higher-tier package. Please note that the credit will only be applied retroactively. It cannot be displayed during the initial ordering process with Digistore24!
  • A downgrade will take effect once your current payment period ends. Until then, you can continue using your current package. This applies until the end of the current billing cycle, after which your new package will be activated.
  • If you have already placed an order through Digistore24, your data will typically be transferred automatically. If your account is still billed through Share-it! or Cleverbridge, please enter the required details during the ordering process. Our support team will then be happy to assist with switching your billing to Digistore24.
  • When upgrading to a higher Enterprise package, the setup fee will be adjusted. The fee already paid for existing white-label servers will, of course, be credited. You'll only need to pay the difference. We’ll be happy to create a suitable discount code for you. Simply contact our support, and we’ll assist you with the process.
  • When downgrading, please pay attention to the maximum contact limit. It’s important that your contact count does not exceed the limit of the smaller package. If your contact count exceeds the limit, no contacts will be deleted. However, no new emails can be sent to these contacts until the number is reduced accordingly.
