Adding and Configuring the “Remove Tag / SmartLink” Action

  • Go to your campaign in the Marketing Cockpit.
  • Add a “Remove Tag / SmartLink” action after the “Assign tag” action using the plus sign.
  • Click on the action and assign a name for it
  • Select the tag to be removed, in this case e.g. → Prospect Product XY .
  • Optionally select the SmartLink whose tag is to be revoked.
